The Role
Reporting to the Spatial Information Services Coordinator and based in Windsor NSW, the purpose of the role is to maintain, regularly update and improve the overall integrity of Council’s Spatial Information and Property Information whilst working in a team environment .
About You
You will have demonstrated experience in Spatial Information operations and maintenance. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have previous experience in use of mainstream Spatial Information software packages. You will be self motivated in order to manage and deliver workload and have excellent customer service skills.
Essential Criteria
- Diploma Spatial Information Services or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in the operation and maintenance of Spatial Information Systems with preference to Local Government work
- Knowledge and understanding of Local Government Property Systems
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite
Desirable experience
- An understanding of the NSW Land Registry Services title and plan system
- Experience with Technology One Local Government Software (Property & Rating, ECM, Works & Assets) or equivalent Local Government Software
