This a very exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a Globally recognised organisation in a project based team on a temporary assignment with the high likelihood of extension or moving into a permanent role.
- Lead and drive effective recruitment processes, with a strong focus on detailed reporting and compliance
- Conduct concise processes ensuring pre-employment medicals are reviewed and escalated as required
- Establish and report on recruitment KPIs, including speed to hire, candidate calibre, candidate sourcing etc.
- Maintain internal and external relationships
- Partner with Hiring Managers to ascertain requirements for each role in order to source suitable candidates
- In partnership with the HR Manager, develop and implement the recruitment strategy to drive the company to be an 'Employer of Choice'
- Establish Recruitment marketing strategies
- Minimum 5-7 years end to end recruitment experience
- Project based recruitment experience desirable but not essential.
- Proven experience working in a high volume environment
- High attention to detail and ability to be adaptable
- Extensive end to end recruitment in engineering, mining experience preferred or related industry, oil and gas, resourcing or energy
- Exemplary communication, judgement and influencing skills to coach and influence stakeholders in relation to selection decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple roles at varying stages of a process and perform recruitment process steps within a global Applicant Tracking System and Video Interview system
- Experience in proactive candidate sourcing skills using various methods such as online tools and platforms including proactive talent search
- Experience in behavioural and competency based interviewing techniques in order to coach and mentor leaders.
- SuccessFactors experience highly desirable
