Early Autism Services Australia (EAS) is a global organisation with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and their families.
Our Vision is to provide a holistic approach to services for autistic and neurodiverse individuals and families, and education that leaves people more informed.
As an organisation, we focus on our Mission to support our staff, clients, and their families to achieve their goals through the development of their capabilities and personal growth.
We offer Allied Health services (Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy) as well as Behaviour support programs for our clients.

Speech Pathologist Role:
As a Speech Pathologist at EAS, you will work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for all clients and their families. You will be committed to person and family-centred practice and will provide intervention that is neurodiverse affirming in nature, and considerate of factors such as cultural diversity and trauma/complex backgrounds.
Other duties may include, participating in, and contributing to, quality improvement activities on an ongoing basis. Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, frameworks, guidelines and external policies (e.g., NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards, Restrictive Practices Guidelines, Child Safe Standards, etc). Other duties as directed by the Speech Pathology Team Leader and/or required by the business.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Speech Pathology
- Member of or willing and able to join Speech Pathology Australia
