The Position
Position Title: Speech Pathologist (Casual) Classification: Grade 1 or Grade 2 Employment Status: Casual Other requirements: COVID-19 Vaccination
Role Description
The Bendigo Health Speech Pathology team is made up of over 30 Speech Pathologists working with adults and children across the continuum of care in the hospital, outpatient services and in the community. The team is driven by providing excellent care and have a commitment to continuous improvement and research with a number of high calibre research projects and an advanced practice grant underway. Our team are also committed to support of staff through clinical supervision and last year provided over 400 student placement days to support the development of future Speech Pathologists.
We are seeking casual Speech Pathologists to join our team. Grade 1 and Grade 2 applicants will be considered. We are eager to hear from clinicians who may have experience working with adults in the hospital, outpatient or community settings and /or those that may also have experience working with pre-school aged children. Experience with paediatric feeding is not essential but would be desirable. Should you apply please make it clear in your cover letter if you are applying as a grade 1 or 2 applicant. The Team
The Clinical Operations Division encompasses acute, allied health, cancer and mental health services. We provide a wide range of general medical, surgical and specialty services including but not limited to; Oncology, Cardiology, Renal, Emergency, Women’s and Children’s, Critical Care, Specialist Clinics, Cancer Clinics and Mental Health Services. Our Allied Health teams provide a diverse range of programs and person centred care in inpatient, outpatient, community, home and residential care settings.
