Why this role:
Earn between $70,000 - $108,000 + super
Work collaboratively with 5 other Speech Pathologists as well as Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists
Weekly Professional Development sessions and team meetings
Structured shadowing and induction period
Mentoring either weekly or fortnightly with an experienced Speech Pathologist
Phone and Laptop provided
Access to pool cars for full-time team members
Ongoing support with an approachable and supportive management team

$1000 Professional Development allowance for external courses
Focus on you and your development with career progression pathways to Senior and Team Lead positions
What you will be doing:
Clients may be funded privately or by home care packages, CHSP, DVA, CDM, Short Term Restorative Care, lifetime care and support, and the NDIS
Adult and elderly caseload
Conditions include but are not limited to: developmental delays, stroke, brain injuries, learning disability, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, MND, dementia plus much more
You will have the opportunity to provide assessment, therapy and management to clients with a range of speech pathology diagnoses including non-verbal, dysphagia, dyspraxia, aphasia, pragmatics, swallowing and voice clients
Office, WFH and community working with your caseload created around your home location
Liaising with other team members and external stakeholders
Requirements/Skills
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Drivers licence and own vehicle
All levels of experience are encouraged to apply
