Speech Pathologist

ECM is a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals; Psychologist, Behavioural Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Exercise Physiologists. 

We are currently seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team within a Part Time or Full Time capacity (days negotiable). A successful applicant will join an already established speech pathology team of 10 Speech Pathologists and 4 Allied Health Assistants. Full time capacity has the option for one day working from home if preferred. 

ECM specialise in paediatrics within the mental health and disability population however also support participants across the lifespan. Working with a large multidisciplinary team enables clinicians to be supported by other allied health professionals and collaborate for effective interventions to support families. 

ECM provides services to both private and NDIS participants within the clinic, home, school and community.

As part of ECM Speech Pathology team clinicians receive both internal and external supervision frequently, yearly professional development budgets, multidisciplinary team meetings and weekly speech pathology professional development meetings. Clinicians have access to a huge range of assessments and resources both virtually and within clinic. Additionally ECM provides termly multidisciplinary professional development days and team bonding events.
