About the companyThis organisation is undergoing an exciting period of expansion and acquisition, as well as construction of state-of-the-art hubs in the GWS region to further support the community and their clinicians.
The Role
In this role you will work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
This will be a career development role with the opportunity to help grow the Speech service, with the possibility of moving into a supervisory/clinical development position.
Initially, this will be a community based role, with the intention of moving to a clinical/hybrid based role within 18 months as our clients new facility is built.
Your caseload will be tailored to your interests as much as possible and there will be the opportunity to work with a broader range of conditions.
Full time is preferred, however part time will be considered.
Skills and experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current registration with AHPRA / SPA
- Current Police Check, WWCC, NDIS Screening Check, Driver’s License
- First Aid Certificate with CPR
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Experience working within the NDIS, Aged Care or private sectors
- Early childhood experience would be highly regarded.
- Great salary package - Base salary up to $120,000 + Super, with quarterly performance and care quality incentives ($25,000+ annually) as well as NFP salary packaging benefits
- Fortnightly travel allowance and annual PD allowance
- Direct access and support from the General Manager and a passionate and friendly team of senior clinicians
