The Role:
We are looking for a Therapy Speech Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, delivering speech and language therapy to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. The successful candidate will enjoy flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide treatment for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver tailored therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain detailed client records.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standard of care.

Requirements:

• Studying Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to high-quality, client-focused care.
