This is a fantastic opportunity in a very successful and growing business that specialises in truck body/ tanker manufacturing and engineering.
Based in Sunshine area they supply various industries around Australia and have established themselves as a well-regarded company in their industry.

• They need a Spray painter, finisher with strong mechanical understanding.

• You will be doing various duties from Painting, Sanding and Masking off.

• Repair work that will involve colour matching and mix Paints.

• New build work that will involve working from Build Specifications

• Applying primer and finishing coats.

• Set out and interpret workshop drawings and build specification sheets

• Preparation, general fitting and carry out other trade duties as required

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Experience spray painting and panel beating of large vehicles
• Experience with minor Repairs, fill and sanding
• Ability to Finish products by inspecting and polishing and cleaning
• Experience in Metel Finishing
• Have a mechanical aptitude
• Experience using hand and air tools
