Sql Database Administrator

Are you a skilled SQL DBA looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team!

• Initial 6 months day rate contract
• Melbourne or Sydney
• Hybrid working model

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise SQL databases for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices.
• Troubleshoot database issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams on database-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SQL Database Administrator or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL query optimisation, performance tuning, and database monitoring.
• Strong understanding of database security principles and best practices.
• Cloud experience is seen as beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
