Work as an SQL Database Administrator with a leading IT Consulting firm for a long-term Melbourne based project. Responsibilities and Skills required include: 5 to 8 years of experience in Database administration.
Designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. Experience with SQL or the equivalent in one or more of the database platforms' native programming language (s). E.g., T-SQL, PL/SQL, Access SQL, Python, etc. will be good to have.
Experience in file structures, design, retrieval, access methods, etc. Managing the organization's data assets, supporting applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless database operations. Focused on installation and support of database management systems.
