Role Summary
The Sr Associate, Candidate Experience is responsible for recruiting and sourcing high quality, diverse, qualified candidates working closely with Hiring Managers and HR to ensure that the hiring process is consistent with the business goals. Main countries of responsibility: South Korea and ANZ.
The Sr Associate, CX is part of Global Talent Acquisition Function and reports to a CX Manager, responsible for ANZ, Biopharma & PGS.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with all stakeholders within the business and local HR to build a talent acquisition strategy aimed at delivering the resources required by the business across all BUs in the assigned countries.
- Develop a specific local Employee Value Proposition that is aligned to the global Pfizer EVP.
- Develop a strong relationship with the clients and maintain close and regular contacts to ensure continued alignment and monitor progress to plan.
- Recruit entry and middle levels.
- Identify the most appropriate use of University recruitment to the business.
- Provide support in recruitment across the cluster if needed
- Develop a culture of ownership and accountability with a high emphasis on Client and candidate satisfaction
- Implement new-modern tools in CX function as per global plan and local market requirements aligned with business and HR strategies.
- Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
- Direct sourcing and/or recruitment agency experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, selection techniques and diversity recruiting
- In depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry preferred
- A good understanding of technology and innovative solutions within the CX environment
- Fluent Korean and English speaking
- Teamworking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with peaks of recruiting volumes, prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
