The Role & The Team
Join our team as the SSEA Senior Improvement Specialist and lead impactful projects aimed at driving sustainable improvements across the organization. Reporting to the Head of SSEA Improvement, you will play a pivotal role in delivering improvement projects, engaging with stakeholders, and embedding a safety-first mindset. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with diverse teams, managing project life-cycles, and ensuring compliance with governance systems and policies. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with stakeholders, drive change, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. The Person
We are seeking a driven and innovative individual who is passionate about driving positive change in Safety, Security, and Environment (SSEA) performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to build collaborative relationships, and a commitment to delivering sustainable improvements.
The successful applicant will have:
- Demonstrated experience in leading improvement projects in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to drive collaboration
- Expertise in project management methodologies and practices
- Knowledge of safety, security, and environmental governance systems and policies
- Proven track record of delivering measurable benefits and embedding a safety-first mindset
- Portfolio, program, and/or project management qualifications would be advantageous
