Job description
- Provides a comprehensive human resource management consultancy and advisory service to Management and Staff.
- Provides information to stakeholders on administrative and procedural position management matters.
- Assists and supports a number of activities relating to redeployment, recruitment and selection processes and classification determination.
- Assists with the development and implementation of human resource management policies and procedures.
- Coordinates strategic recruitment initiatives in line with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies and agency requirements.
- Monitors processes for compliance with the Public Sector Standards in Human Resources Management.
- Monitors and prepares monthly reports on levels.
- Prepares statistical reports on specific human resource issues in preparation for CORPEX team, Finance Department and other areas as required.
- Monitors performance management and exit interview reports and identifies emerging trends.
- Prepares reports for external and government agencies as required, including minimum obligatory information requirements (MOIR).
- Prepares and analyses reports for EEO purposes and innovative recruitment strategies.
