Currently seeking for seven (7) Stakeholder Engagement Officers to join their busy team for a 6-12-month temporary assignment.About the roleAs a Stakeholder Engagement Officer, you will design, develop and facilitate engagement sessions with internal and external stakeholders, including the co-design of set projects. In addition, your key duties are as follows:
- Coordinate co-design working groups, workshops and other events.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to prepare co-design materials.
- Maintain relationships with relevant key stakeholders to support effective engagement.
- Represent the Agency at external forums and events, providing information and guidance to people with disability, and the wider community.
- Proactively deliver engagement activities and projects by applying co-design and engagement experience.
- Conduct critical data analysis and feedback to measure effectiveness of activities and strategies, including identifying associated risks and trends
- Proven experience in Community Engagement, Stakeholder Engagement, Project Management roles, ideally within the government, disability, or healthcare environment
- Background in monitoring and evaluating Stakeholder Engagement and communications projects
- Demonstrates experience of assisting with the implementation and delivery of Stakeholder Engagement, including meeting programmes, responding to relevant stakeholder enquiries, and stakeholder mapping.
- Ability to influence effective community engagement program design and delivery
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Immediate start pending clearance
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

- APS5: 6 months casual temporary assignment | $55.24 per hour + super
- APS6: 12 months casual temporary assignment | $60.26 per hour + super
