State Engineering Service Manager

What your day looks like:

• Coordinate, quote, and execute maintenance works on customer sites
• Provide technical support, whilst ensuring equipment/ product is performing at its best
• Undertake working supervision of site teams to service, maintain, and repair equipment
• Project management according to business requirements
• Reporting, documenting and tracking works complete at site

Who are you:

• Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical and Hydraulic Trade
• Demonstrated experience in project management and/ or similar position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient working with Microsoft Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).
• Focused on quality work & customer service excellence.
• Commitment towards safe work practices
• Valid driver’s licence and access to own vehicle
• Ability to travel to remote sites as required.
• Work autonomously and in a team environment
