We're Hiring: State Manager - Men's Fashion Brand
Are you ready to take the lead in the fast-paced world of men's fashion? Our client is a dynamic and innovative fashion brand known for its edgy streetwear and contemporary styles. As they continue to expand, we're looking for a State Manager to oversee a mix of concession and concept stores across the state.
Location: Adelaide, SA
About the Role: As the State Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the brand. You'll be the captain steering the ship, responsible for:
- Operations Management: Ensure smooth running of all store operations, maintaining high standards and efficient practices.
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strategy Implementation: Execute strategic business plans effectively to enhance profitability and brand presence in the market.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimise results.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold and convey our brand's philosophy and culture, both internally and externally.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail management, ideally within fashion or related sectors.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and build rapport with staff and customers.
- A passion for fashion, particularly youth, mens and streetwear trends.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and achieving business goals.
