We are on the hunt for a State Manager to be based in our client's Melbourne office.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Review and act on internal reporting to ensure targets are achieved within your team
- Management, onboarding, training and mentoring team members, focusing on building strong internal relationships and professional development of staff
- Management of Day to Day operations within the District
- Forecasting and setting targets for your District
- Developing overall business strategy with other key Leaders in the business
- Communications with key stakeholders including clients, brokers and insurance providers
A little about you…
- 3+ years experience in the Insurance Construction Industry
- Experience in a similar Leadership Role (People Focussed)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders including clients, staff, suppliers and regulatory bodies
- Proven track record of bringing teams together to achieve and exceed KPI’s
- Relevant tertiary qualifications to support your experience
