The Opportunity
As part of HenderCare’s commitment to continuous improvement, we have created the new State Manager, South Australia position to lead service delivery in SA, Community Care (Aged Care and Disability Support), and support call centre services nationally. This position will facilitate strategic growth initiatives, maintain the high-quality care afforded to our SA clients, and provide our SA fieldworkers with dedicated leadership and support.
About the Role
Supporting the delivery of services in South Australia, the State Manager of South Australia will directly drive the provision of high-quality, client-centric services within the state. You will ensure that HenderCare meets and exceeds our client's expectations regarding the high-quality care and support they receive and that our workforce is appropriately supported through various stages of their employment lifecycle.
You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver strategic growth and transformation initiatives, which aim to expand HenderCare’s market presence as a provider and employer of choice.
About You
You will have a strong business development track record and an operational and service excellence mindset, which you will leverage to meet key deliverables. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical to this position, as you will be required to engage with various internal and external stakeholders.
You will also have:
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Operations, or Community Services Management (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated business acumen in strategic, operational, financial, and/or people management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing or facilitating tender processes.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing operational success and transformation initiatives and strategies.
- Experience working in the Community Services or Healthcare sectors is highly desirable but not a requirement.
