Position Summary:
As Lift Health Group's State Operations Manager (Southern Operations), you'll spearhead the seamless functioning of our SA Base, overseeing operations across SA, VIC, and NSW. With a full-time commitment, Monday through Friday, you'll lead our team across 10+ locations, serving over 500 individuals. Reporting directly to our directors, this pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to lead a geographically dispersed team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistical aspects of our day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient travel and clinic arrangements.
- Serve as a central point of contact for allied health professionals and clinical management.
- Be available for the coordination and oversight of aircraft take-off and landing procedures.
- Collaborate with our administration team to support expansion and strategic planning efforts.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative/operations/practice manager role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in office software and healthcare management systems, preferably Cliniko.
- A Bachelor of Business or related field is highly desirable.
