Our client is seeking an experienced State Retail Account Manager for their luxury brand. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the luxury market, exceptional sales abilities, and expertise in business development. Key responsibilities include deepening client relationships and proactively re-engaging previous clients.

Position Overview

As a Retail State Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client's sales strategy and brand presence across your designated state. You will lead and inspire teams and partners, ensuring their products are presented with the utmost elegance and their clients receive impeccable service. Your role is pivotal in achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and upholding their brand's esteemed reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Excellence: Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring success and satisfaction in all facets. Provide training and support to enhance sales performance and product knowledge. Manage your own schedule.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies. Time management capabilities.
  • Customer Experience: Champion exceptional client experiences across all facets. Address feedback and ensure a seamless experience that reflects their brand's values.
Qualifications
  • Proven and measured experience within sales, preferably within the luxury sector and understands luxury clienteling.
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong relationship-building and account management abilities.
  • Keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Ability to travel within the state
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, ambitious, agile, competitive, and someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment
