About the role:
Reporting to General Manager within our NSW / ACT Solids business unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners. You will be accountable for delivering top-line revenue growth through the management of People, Markets, Assets, and Financial (PMAF) in alignment with the Cleanaway Value Operating Model.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to drive performance and achieve profitable revenue, budgets, targets, and KPI’s.
Manage the team’s opportunity pipeline as per the personal objectives set / regional sales plans/growth targets.
Achieve all Business Unit sales team revenue targets, as per the budget, and drive net revenue growth.
Proactively manage customer and prospect relationships to gain, retain, and grow Cleanaway’s revenue position and market share.
Utilize Sales CRM to drive growth metrics and KPI’s across the sales team.
Ensure all quotes/tenders submitted to customers are timely, accurate, and professional.
About you:
Solid prior experience in a similar management role within sales.
Demonstrated sales leadership skills, account management, and business development skills are essential.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can think innovatively to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies.
Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with a Sales CRM is desirable.
