The Role
- Deliver detailed specifications to Architects, Builders, and Engineers.
- Conduct on-site visits to discuss specific design detailing issues.
- Collaborate with architects, builders, and applicators to ensure compliance throughout the installation process.
- Oversee existing accounts and expand the customer database throughout NSW.
- Educate builders on accurate application advice and product knowledge.
- Surpass individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Engage in weekly sales meetings to foster business growth opportunities.
- Proactively seek out new customers and projects to pursue and secure.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Proven track record as a Sales Representative in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Previous hands-on experience with materials like waterproofing, coating systems, and sealants.
- Adept at collaborating with Architects, Builders, and Certifiers to address intricate project details.
- Capable of comprehending and effectively communicating technical knowledge about the product.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly independent yet excels at working within a team structure.
Salary and Benefits
- Base $110,000 - $140,000.
