About the RoleThe primary objective of this position is to ensure the effective management and delivery of services provided by the business. This includes overseeing all service related activities, from customer support to maintenance and repair. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimising operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation. About You 5 years' technical expertise and experience within service and spare parts. Commercially astute with a sharp focus on customer satisfaction. Capacity for lateral and commercial thinking, coupled with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management. Proficiency in reporting and documentation, with experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SAP systems.
