About the Role
We are looking to talk to experienced Leaders & Managers, those already in this type of role and those looking to make their first step into a Service Manager role, to lead the service team at our branch in the flourishing Wheatbelt town of Corrigin.
We're looking for a results driven leader, who can mentor, lead and coach the team to achieve even greater results, and look on the business as if it's their own. You'll lead by example, driving retail service sales, service bookings, prompt machinery repairs and fault diagnosis. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and high customer service is essential to this role.
Role Duties:
Leading a workshop team of technicians
Provide technical support to resolve problems.
Schedule work and coordinate customer repairs.
Liaise with parts dept on repairs & parts lead times.
Provide frequent, professional communication with customers to maintain satisfaction levels.
Plan rosters for out of hours work.
Take after-hour calls & organise a service response.
Work closely with the Service Development Manager & Group Operations Manager to run the dept as efficiently as possible.
Ideally you will have the following:
Demonstrable experience in a role at a similar level, leading a team
Proven experience mentoring, leading and coaching teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer satisfaction and service, focused.
Excellent computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft suite
Strong technical abilities, hydraulic, mechanical & electrical
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, a can do attitude
Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position, those with the experience of any brand of agricultural machinery are encouraged to apply.
