In this role, you'll: This role will see you out and about at the station assisting customers and front-line staff, as well as dealing with challenging situations that require us to think on our feet and make critical decisions under pressure such as train delays and incidents. In addition, you will manage escalations, resolve conflict, and provide support to peers. You will be providing shift coverage across the Sydney Trains network, with shifts and locations potentially changing day-to-day.
