Form of workWe are seeking an experienced Stock Controller to manage inventory for multiple sites with the position being located in Springwood.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is to manage inventory, both intra and inter-dealership; inputting and maintaining vehicle details on our database; ensuring the timely turnaround of stock and ordering new vehicle stock.
What you will be doing:
- Stock swaps within Mazda dealer networks.
- Sourcing vehicles to fill Vehicle Purchase Contracts. Liaising with Mazda and MG dealers to initiate or complete swap requests.
- Handle enquiries from Salespeople and Management from all branches on availability and timing vehicles to fill orders.
- Communication and tasks also with relevant Queensland state offices
- Maintenance of all swapped units for both branches through Mazda Finance System plus corresponding and required administrative documentation to complete tasks.
- Building & maintaining relationships with external franchisees and the brand dealer network.
- Ensuring efficient movement of vehicles into stock and expedite delivery to customers.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience
- Previous stock control experience in a vehicle dealership is essential
- Computer literacy essential:
- Competence using MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of Pentana -Era Net and Dealer Magic System desirable
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to be flexible and able to manage multiple tasks
