Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales and Nutrition Account Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who shares our dedication to agricultural excellence and customer satisfaction. As a Sales and Nutrition Account Manager, you will work from your home office and travel to visit both prospective and existing customers across New South Wales and Victoria, promoting and selling our canola meal and stockfeed pellets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out and cultivating relationships with new prospects.
- Product Knowledge: Provide expert advice on our canola meal and stockfeed pellets, offering tailored solutions to meet customers' nutritional needs.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
- Account Maintenance: Utilize technology and CRM tools to manage account profiles, monitor sales, and provide excellent customer service.
- Autonomy: Work independently from your home office while collaborating with the team to meet business objectives.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in agricultural sales, account management, or related fields.
- A strong passion for agriculture and Nutrition, with knowledge of animal nutrition being a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- A valid driver's license is required, as this role involves travel.
Location: This is a work from home position, with occasional visits to CMP Oilseeds being based in Yenda, New South Wales. You will be expected to spend the majority of your time on the road visiting existing customers and finding new opportunities.
