Ideally, have optical store management experience and the desire to now join the best in the business.
You have experience of managing a retail team that achieves it’s KPI's.

About the role
As Store Leader you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of trained Optical Dispensers and Optometrist/s.
You’ll be leading your team to ensure our customers receive a premium service, whilst focusing on exceeding store profit and targets. For which, you as Leader and each team member, can be rewarded through the monthly bonus scheme.
The store has moved to a prime retail location and has had a full refurb so is ready to SHINE in 2024 under your leadership!
