Are You the Perfect Fit?
Here's what we're looking for:
-2-3 years of management experience in roles like assistant manager, 2IC, supervisor, or key holder.
-A natural people leader, adept at setting and managing team goals.
-Passion for sports and fashion, with knowledge about our range of brands.
-Strong skills in roster management and wage control.
-Astute time management and prioritization skills.
-Stellar communication abilities, both internally and externally.
-A keen eye for fashion/apparel visual merchandising.
-Ability to manage complaints professionally and effectively.
-Basic understanding of key financial metrics like Gross Profit, Gross Margin, and ROI.
