We're currently on the lookout for a Project Manager to bolster our dynamic team.

Our West Leederville office is a hub of collaboration, fostering a positive company culture that values teamwork, creativity, and personal growth. Here, you can expect to work alongside our experienced team as you manage and run scopes of work. You'll play a crucial role in our ongoing offshore projects, both locally and internationally; be provided with opportunities for study; have access to our free on-site parking and get a day off for your birthday!
In addition to your technical skills and attention to detail for effective project execution, quality management and planning, you will have demonstrable leadership, communication, risk, and time management skills. You will have commercial experience and have held positions where you were accountable for budget and schedule performance, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Your stakeholder engagement skills will be utilised internally and externally to achieve successful outcomes. You shall demonstrate your ability to adapt and adjust plans and strategies as needed, whilst fostering teams for effective collaboration and productivity, as well as leveraging individual team member strengths.
Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, the ideal candidate will meet the below selection criteria:
- Degree qualified;
- 5+ years experience in a similar role;
- Project Management qualification is preferable (eg, PMP);
- Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects (1 to 12 mths, $0.1M to $3M, 1 to 50 people);
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team;
- Experience in offshore drilling rig / platform modifications, maintenance and shutdowns;
- Experience in planning, developing and executing offshore scopes
- Experience in procurement process and management of services and suppliers, and fabrication;
- Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team;
- Experience in project planning and control tools;
- Oil and gas experience preferred but not essential;
- Offshore experience preferred but not essential;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic;
- Have a strong commitment to workplace health and safety;
