Position Overview:
We are in search of a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Essendon DFO team. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to surpass store targets.
- Analyze sales performance, identifying growth opportunities.
- Motivate the team to provide outstanding customer service.
Operational Management:
- Manage daily operations, including inventory and visual presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fostering a safe store environment.
- Collaborate with regional management for operational excellence.
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive work culture, encouraging teamwork and individual growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Experience:
- Uphold Macpac's commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
Visual Merchandising:
- Oversee visual merchandising standards, creating an appealing store environment.
- Ensure products are displayed in line with brand guidelines and promotions.
Skills:
- Proven retail management experience, ideally in outdoor or adventure retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of outdoor gear and equipment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Macpac's brand and values is a plus.
