We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join our store at Eastland.

• Experienced with merchandising and replenishing

• Experienced in retail management, having previously run a small format retail store or a department within a larger retail store

Your role will be focused on...

• Delivering & maintaining exceptional customer service standards - every team member, every customer, every time
• Achieving set KPIs including but not limited to Sales & Wages
• Coaching and developing your team
• Ensuring all policy/procedures are being communicated to the team, implemented and followed at all times
• Managing operational duties including rostering, visual merchandising, managing deliveries/stock in a timely manner
• Recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
• Constantly upskilling yourself and your team on product knowledge, and using this knowledge to recommend and sell products to your customers
