Form of workFast Future Brands is a fashion retailer consisting of 2 established female clothing brands in Australia and New Zealand - Valleygirl and Mirrou.
With over 70 stores across Australia and New Zealand, our fashion forward brands will continue to offer affordable clothing and accessories that are sophisticated and on trend. We are constantly bringing in new items to our stores daily and are always on the lookout for the newest trends and styles.
A unique opportunity is available to become part of the Fast Future Brands family. We are after a Store Operations Officer, currently based in our office at Rydalmere.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting the general operations of the stores
- Sourcing and ordering of store supplies
- Assist and organise new store openings and store closures
- Support general Human Resources matters
- Responding and overseeing customer service enquiries
- Liaising with the State Managers and other Head Office departments to provide support if required
- Communicate with stores, suppliers and service providers
- General administration duties
- Various ad hoc duties as required
What we are looking for:
- Monday-Friday Full-Time (38hrs per week) or Part-Time (25 - 30hrs per week)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi task
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment and handle any challenges faced
- Strong time management skills and the ability to problem solve
- Self motivated with a high level of confidentiality and loyalty
- Professional telephone manner
- 2+ years relevant experience is preferred
