Founded in 1984 with a single fibre optic cable, they now manufacture over 2,000 products, employ over 5,000 associates, and consistently generate annual sales in excess of a billion dollars in revenue. Employing over 140 staff in Oceana, they have offices in each major capital city and operate two optical fibre manufacturing facilities.
Reporting to the National Branch Store Manager, you will:
- Receive incoming goods, check quantity, quality and product type
- Liaise with customers and couriers for the pick-up and delivery of goods
- Update customers on expected ETA’s and delays
- Update back order and dispatch reports
- Ensure all store stock levels are kept to the required levels
- Support the Manager with reports and Supervisor duties
To be considered, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years of warehousing experience
- Customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic to intermediate Excel and software application skills
- Forklift licence essential
