About the role:
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing orders to customer specification
- Loading and unloading trucks / containers
- Processing both inbound and outbound orders
- Ensuring stock is located correctly in designated warehouse locations
- Printing of labels to support parts identification
- Performing cycle counting and stocktaking as required
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity for all inventory movement
- Ensuring the warehouse area is clean and tidy at all times
- Following company policies and procedures, including SOPs
- Adhering to GEA QHSE policies and procedures including hazard awareness
About you:
- At least 3+ years previous warehouse experience
- Forklift Licence (High Reach and/or Counter Balance) essential
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Proven experience picking, packing, checking and dispatching of orders
- Previous use of warehouse management systems including RF scanners preferred
- Ability to work in a team with focus on providing excellent customer service
- An understanding of the importance of adherence to WH&S policies and procedures
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible, positive with a can do attitude
