The Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor / Department Manager to lead a high-performing team with passion and expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your designated department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will lead by example, motivating and developing your team to achieve their full potential while upholding the brand's standards of excellence, surpass targets through coaching, incentives, and recognition, fostering a great company culture. The Store Supervisor / Department Manager will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with discerning clientele, providing personalized service. In addition, you will stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and styling techniques to effectively guide clients in their fashion choices and create memorable shopping experiences.

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
