The Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor / Department Manager to lead a high-performing team with passion and expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your designated department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will lead by example, motivating and developing your team to achieve their full potential while upholding the brand's standards of excellence, surpass targets through coaching, incentives, and recognition, fostering a great company culture. The Store Supervisor / Department Manager will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with discerning clientele, providing personalized service.
