The Store Training & Development Lead will support our Store teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences by ensuring each team member’s understanding of the product and task-based requirements of their role is understood and positively practiced.

The Role
We are searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Store Training & Development Lead to join our friendly team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment!
You will create, support, and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store by delivering high quality product and service solutions on every occasion.
Key responsibilities:
- Undertake and assist with the onboarding and induction of team members new to JB or new to role
- Lead product training programs to ensure the sales team are well equipped to demonstrate and sell existing and emerging product categories.
- Demonstrate, lead and coach a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale.
- Utilise all available materials, tools and collateral to train the teams.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver day-to-day store operations
Preferred experience:
- Retail experience in high achieving teams
- Demonstrated ability in competencies
- Passion for training and developing people
- Willingness to facilitate and partake in training sessions
- Unerring passion for creating great customer experiences
NOTE: JB Hi-Fi operates 7 days a week and flexibility with hours is essential including weekends, public holidays and late night trade.
