Storeman/Equipment Maintenance

West Coast FM Group is a family owned commercial construction business who provides a one-stop-shop services delivery model to its clients building on trust, quality and collaboration to ensure long lasting professional relationships.

We require a solution focused Storeman/Equipment Maintenance Person for immediate start. Would suit a semi retired Tradesman or mechanic.

This is a part time position – hours to suit around 10-15 hrs a week

Duties include:

• Maintenance, repair and cleaning of Tools
• Ability to Tag & Test highly desirable.
• Some in house welding work 
• Assist tradesmen with servicing, repairs and maintenance
• Maintain yard and workshop to a high standard
• General yard and cleaning duties
• Some driving and delivery

Must have:

• Drivers licence and own transport 
• Sound Experience in Welding highly desirable
• EWP and forklift tickets desirable, but not essential
• Construction white card desirable, but not essential
• Can do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work well with others in a small team
• Ability to work unsupervised when required
• Possess a real "can do" attitude
• Is technically - mechanically minded.
• Be physical fit.
