We have an opportunity for a Junior Office Services Assistant to join our Office Servicesteam in Sydney on a 6 month fixed term contact.
More about the role
- Responsibilities include mailroom duties, regular stocking and servicing of the utility areas and kitchens, printer maintenance and placing orders for supplies
- You will also be assisting with the set-up of client functions, printing and compiling documents and completing court and mailroom deliveries
- You must be able to commit to full-time hours for a period of 6 months, shifts will be rostered between 7:00am - 6:00pm with an hour for lunch

- This role would suit a school leaver or student who is looking for an opportunity to gain some skills in a professional environment
- This is a busy and varied role; you will require excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask
- You must be proactive, enthusiastic, confident and have a friendly attitude, alongside a desire to help others
