We are seeking a Storeperson/Warehouse Technician to join our growing Pilbara team. The role is diverse as it combines technical knowledge, customer service, administrative and computer skills. You will work closely with our Counter Sales Specialist and receive on the job training.

Our core business is Hydraulic Hose & Fittings and related hydraulic services. We offer fire suppression, crane servicing, cylinder & hydraulic repairs. We service the mining, drilling, government, transport, fuel, construction markets and more.
Position Overview:
A permanent position is available in our Wedgefield Warehouse. The role includes warehouse duties and the opportunity to transition into counter sales, inventory data entry, and Hydraulic Hose making (training provided). The workload is diverse and interesting. To be successful in the role you will communicate effectively and interact positively with customers, suppliers, local staff and other branches. You will be able to work autonomously when required and demonstrate a willing attitude at all times.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:
- Warehouse duties – receiving stock, identifying parts and threads
- Stock receipting to inventory system, labelling goods
- Hose making
- Stocktakes
- Counter sales & input to inventory/sales system
- Customer service end to end
- Purchasing
Your experience, skills and qualifications will demonstrate:
- Industry knowledge
- Workshop or warehousing knowledge
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Personable nature with excellent communications skills
- Knowledge of sales processing systems
- General knowledge of inventory or accounting systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Computer skills – Email, Excel, Word
Required:
- Australian Manual Driver's License - C Class
- Drug & Alcohol Screening (within 1 month)
- Police Check (within 1 year)
- Hose & Fittings experience (or ability to learn)
- Inventory & purchasing experience
- Forklift license
Desirable:
- Resident of Port Hedland
- Mechanical experience/interest
- Sales experience
