Who Are We looking for:
We are looking for a Licenced Conveyancer to work in a growing team. This position can be fulltime or flexible and school hours available are available for the right successful candidate
Essential:
- Knowledgeable with CATS
- Experienced in PEXA
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully under limited supervision using initiative and judgement
- Working effectively as a member of a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional knowledge in a diverse rang of computer programs including MS Office, Excel, Adobe, Mailchimp or similar marketing platforms
- Document preparation (create new templates)
- Attention to detail
- Recognising and dealing appropriately with confidential matters
Desirable but not essential:
Experience or ability to quickly develop skills in:
- Real Estate knowledge
- Real Estate web listing portals
- REI Forms Live
- DocuSign
- Xero
