The opportunity:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will be focused on interacting and assisting potential residents with a site tour – showcasing the location, facilities, services and giving them a sense of the community and culture. Being adaptable, having communication and interpersonal skills and a positive approach to interact and work with a diverse range of clients is essential.
Selection criteria
• Previous sales / customer service experience
• Experience in the property, leasing or similar industries would be advantageous
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – building rapport quickly
• Customer centric approach with the ability to answering enquiries
• Computer literate – MS Office Suite
