We are seeking a permanent full-time Stores Officer for our busy Rockingham workshop
Fenner Dunlop Australia Pty Ltd, part of the Michelin Group of Companies, is the world leader in the manufacture of conveyor belting for mining and industrial applications. Operating 3 manufacturing sites, 16 Service Branches as well as Engineering Design and Fabrication facilities employing over 1300 employees, we offer a comprehensive range of products and services from the design and supply of complete conveyor solutions through to service, installation maintenance and diagnostics services.This position is ideally suited to someone experienced in warehousing operations within a similar industry and environment. You will need a high level of focus and attention to detail that is complimented with a ‘hands on approach’ to be successful in this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinating and supervising the incoming and outgoing of all goods
- Responsible for assisting with stores administration
- Actively participate in regular stocktakes
- Actively participate in the safety culture of the organisation
- General warehouse organisation, cleaning & maintenance
- Loading and unloading of equipment and goods.
- Packing for dispatch and receiving loads
- Support the maintenance of inventory levels
- Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
- Sound communication skills and a strong focus on delivering high service quality
- Punctuality, reliability and demonstrating a focus on best practice, continuous improvement, and internal and external customer service.

- Manual HR Class drivers licence
- Overhead crane experience
- Hold a current forklift licence as well as possess at least 2-years driving experience
