About the role: As the Administration Assistant you will offer support to the Office Manager and wider team. Duties will include:
Front office duties including answering phones, greeting visitors and organising catering.
Coordinate basic travel for teams and visitors.
Arranging repairs and coordinating suppliers.
Prepare and track monthly expenses, manage invoicing and payments.
Supporting the Office Manager and wider team on day-to-day matters.
Providing administrative support and other ad hoc duties.

About You:
Previous Administration, Reception, Office Coordinator experience is essential.
