AddressCivium is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our expanding Insurance Strata team , we have offices in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in insurance renewals, nurturing relationships with our partnering broker, policy management, claims processing, general administration, and top-notch client service. Your communication skills will shine as you interact with internal staff, insurance providers, and clients alike.
Operating within a collaborative team environment, we expect you to embody commitment, loyalty, and a proactive team spirit while adhering to our office routines and procedures, all while keeping our overarching business objectives in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering comprehensive reports to Executive Committee members regarding insurance renewals
- Engaging with property owners to clarify insurance policy details
- Proficiently interpreting relevant legislation
- Liaising with Owners Corporations as necessary
- Handling general administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate property information records
- Providing claims assistance to our partnering broker
- Overseeing claims progress until resolution
- Managing insurance documentation filing systems and procedures, including policies and invoices
Experience:
- Highly regarded: 1-2 years' experience in the Strata Insurance industry
- Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of strata-specific legislation in the assigned state/territory
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to promptly respond to emergencies and adapt to changes as needed
