The Opportunity:
You are a senior, self-motivated, and professional Cybersecurity Account Director who will join our Strategic Account Director team in Sydney. You're looking for your next challenge where you can join a fantastic team and be part of an organisation that delivers world class services and are continuously developing their portfolio to offer differentiation in the market. You will work closely with our highly skilled Consulting and Pre-Sales team to identify, scope & manage opportunities.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic and critical thinking capability to drive large programs of work.
Align solutions and services to our client needs as well as being able to think outside the box.
Understand the challenges & complexities businesses are faced with when it comes to Cybersecurity.
Qualifying the "right" NCC Group client, by understanding how we deliver value to the market based on our extensive services portfolio.
Working with internal & global teams to achieve results.
Work closely with our Customer Experience team for support and to maximise opportunity within the specified vertical.
Manage existing accounts, develop new business and identify up-sell/ cross-sell opportunities to capitalize on both client satisfaction and revenue.
Achieving sales target as set out by the business.
Desirable Requirements:
5 Years+ Experience selling Cybersecurity Solutions/ Cyber Consulting/ Technology or Services.
Strong financial acumen.
Experience working for a Cybersecurity Service Integrator/ Vendor or Professional Services business.
Strategic thinker.
Experience working in Transport, Government, Telco, Manufacturing, Higher Education, Healthcare and/ or Technology sectors.
Ability to stay focussed, proactive and solve client challenges.
Ideally experienced in selling complex Cybersecurity solutions for Protection, Detection & Response Solutions/ Incident Response/ Assessments & Advisory services/ Remediation & Compliance, Penetration Testing as well as Managed Services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong Relationship building skills.
Sales Cycle and pipeline management using Salesforce.
Strategic.
Strong deal qualification skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Market Awareness - Able to use a wide range of available resources to research market trends and understand the competitor landscape.
Consultative, solution selling approach.
Solving business problems - constantly looking for innovative ways solve client needs.
