As a key member of the In-Market Brands (IMB) team, you will be responsible for driving growth and accountability across our key alliances and partnerships. The IMB portfolio consists of over 60+ molecules across 7+ therapeutic areas and accounts for almost half of Novartis sales.
We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective collaboration and partnership management.
Your Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key assigned strategic partners and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are being delivered.
• Collaborate with partners to understand their capabilities and alignment to business needs, develop strategic plans to drive mutual growth and success.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them through internal stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Act as a primary point of contact for partners, addressing concerns, providing support, and ensuring high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing to align partner strategies with the overall goals for In-Market Brands and Novartis.
• Analyze partner performance metrics and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, address concerns, drive growth and expansion, and identify areas of improvement.
Role Requirements
What you’ll bring:
• Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Significant demonstrable alliances management or relevant experience (+5 years), preferably in the pharmaceutical, OTC, or generics industry.
• Strategic mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; can interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills that drive win-win outcomes.
• Ability to build credibility and trust with partners to foster strong relationships.
