Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Strategic HR Partner within our HR & Capability team.
This is a Permanent Full-Time appointment. Job sharing arrangements may be considered.
The Strategic Human Resources Partner is responsible for:
- Delivering strategic human resources solutions to HSS to develop and support Human Resource strategy and delivery.
- Undertaking a lead role in the development and review of HSS HR and workforce policies, procedures, guidelines and frameworks.
- Undertaking strategic workforce and HR projects.
- Partnering with the HSS leadership team to consult and drive a sustainable and diverse workforce through the support, development and delivery of talent acquisition initiatives.
